The liner casting production line mainly produces large-scale wear-resistant production of high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron, alloy steel and other materials. The production products cover large-scale semi-automatic mill liners, ball mill liners, crusher hammers and other wear-resistant parts . Strong wear resistance, high precision, and great services. Based on the customer needs, we provide corresponding materials to the Mills.

The ball mill liner is produced using an advanced casting assembly line. According to the customer's mill requirements and determine the hardness of the minerals to be ground on the production line, the liner is produced in different models and materials. The liner plate suitable for the mill helps to improve the grinding efficiency of the mill, increase the output, and reduce the metal consumption.

Our company adopts casting and forging automatic assembly line production, which improves production efficiency, ensures strict control of the process, and achieves good performance, high hardness and good wear resistance.

The alloy wear-resistant steel rods produced by our company are produced using a new method of patented complete automatic production line, which ensures that the composition of the material, the straightness of the steel rod, the uniform hardness of the inside and outside, the length dimension and other application indexes meet the requirements of customers. It produces ultra-high chromium cast balls with a chromium content of more than 25%, and has two world-leading international automatic ball casting production lines. The extra-high chromium cast ball has mostly the same hardness inside and outside, good abrasion resistance, strong impact resistance and strong corrosion resistance. It reduces the cost of artificial addition, and reducing the wear and tear of uses.

Through the latest forging methods, the use of forging machinery to apply pressure to the metal blank to cause plastic deformation to obtain a processing method for forgings with certain mechanical properties, shapes and sizes.

The forged steel ball can eliminate the defects such as the cast loose in the process of smelting by artificial forging, optimize the microstructure, and preserve the complete metal flow line at the same time.
